General Lab Safety
Members must have completed MAKE Roanoke's new member orientation before using the electronics lab.
No food or drinks are permitted in the 3D printing, laser, or electronics labs.
Don't throw batteries away in the maker space
Much of the equipment in electronics is considered a “yellow” tool, meaning shop orientation and safety training must be completed prior to use. The equipment is labeled to indicate it's level. If a tool is unlabled, it is considered green.
If you'd like to review the orientation material, see the electronics orientation guide
