Welcome to MAKE Roanoke! We are a 501c3 non-profit makerspace in Roanoke VA, featuring a wood shop, metal shop, fiber arts studio, 3D printing lab, laser cutter, and electronics lab. We are a community-based organization run entirely by volunteers.

We are located at 128 Albemarle Ave SE, Roanoke VA, 24103.

2. Attend a General Orientation
3. Subscribe through PayPal at the bottom of this page
4. Sign up for an account on Member Matters
5. Once all of that is done, we can get you a key fob and you'll have access to the space!

The board of directors is the governing body of MAKE Roanoke. These individuals are trusted members of MAKE Roanoke who are elected by the membership, and they are responsible for running the organization with the interests of the community in mind.

Shop captains are appointed by the board of directors, and they are recognized as experts in their respective crafts. These individuals are responsible for building our shops, developing shop policies, enforcing safety, and training our membership on how to use equipment safely and effectively.
